-Goes into demon form-
A re-occurring mistake you make in your characters is the oversized trapezius muscles. Lets take a look at a redline I've provided.
As you can see, its almost as if BagHead Kid's neck muscles go all the way up to his jaw line. This happens a lot in your drawings of him, just at different angles. I decided to only use this example of him though. Just easier to critique.
In the reference I got off posemaniacs to the right, he has muscles. He's a fit man. That doesnt mean his Trapeziusessess are gonna be like a Body Builders. I think since you have been drawing these muscles so large, its also distorted the length of the neck. Trapezius are slender unless they're being flexed like;
Oh yeah, I know I already posted but I just want to add to what Josh said. Watch your placement of collar bones -- collar bones join to form a little hollow at the base of the throat, so when you place them too low, the shoulders lower and the neck becomes way too long. Also, when the shoulders are relaxed, the collar bones form an almost perfectly horizontal line, and don't really slant upwards.
That is all.
Josh: I love you so much. Thanks for critiquing me.
Taylour: You're great. Thanks for pointing that out.
Just a quick mouse doodle. I'll be scanning in some art tomorrow or Monday so hold tight.

Sybroskimangobrohams: Idk man. I was bored that day.
Just a quick mouse painting, trying to learn to actually paint. I wouldn't mind tips and tricks :D
Man, I wish I could offer some critiques, but you guys who do it all digital are far more skilled than myself :P
Just droppin' by to say it's looking pretty cool so far. Sorry, no actual input or critique (again, wish I could help.) You might drop by Nisaren's thread, cause he/she has been getting critiques kinda like what you're doing.
Blue: Awright! I'll take a look into his thread. Thanks!
Sooo, Bya and I did a Collab.
Drawing with a mouse is pretty hard guys.
