Sentai Filmworks vs. Funimation

So what is your take on these mainstream anime publishing companies (or whatever you call em')?

Yeah, um I'm a Sentai Filmworks fan. I don't know why, but they are really good in my opinion. I practically buy stuff off their list of anime because it has their mark on it, I will not lie. It sounds irrational but then again it worked for me! :P

Never heard of Sentai. So naturally I must go with Funimation. Why? DBZ.

Really, never? They made or at least supported the Appleseed movies.

Yep, I've wanted to see an Appleseed movie, but never got around to it. So I really didn't know they existed till now lol.

Gainax doesn't count. They're an anime studio not a publishing (i.e. sell & distrubute anime to the market) company like Sentai and Funimation.

I've heard of both but I don't really put stock on the company but more on the anime that they're bringing out. If I like what they're selling, I will buy it.

I've never gotten anything from Sentai Works. What anime have they licensed?

I am a Funimation fan. I feel they are the best of the best, with top-knotch dubbing work!
