Private message "sounds like spam"

On occasion when I try to message somebody it says my message sounds like spam and what let me send it. What gives.

How long was your message? Or were you sending it to a lot of people?

...Anyways, I've set it to not check for SPAM in PMs but if everyone starts receiving pointless PMs, it's all your fault.
