More Moderators?

I am only wondering (since I see Rio posting everywhere as the only known mod), if there will be more mods, how you can apply for being a mod or how a mod choosing system works.

If this is posted somewhere else, I apologize in advance.

There are several mods: Jubeh, Hayashida, Hamilton, and the Oekaki mods: pajamajam, zoe, and ozza. They're just not marked as mods but they are.

As for your other question: I am not looking for any new mods at the moment. There will be an announcement here in the site should I ever look for more though.
