k, guys. I'm officially on the new forum. Yep.

Here's (http://img406.imageshack.us/img406/926/stylechange.jpg) something to break in the thread.

And then a Groupboard sketch:

The attempted highlights on her legs are total fail haha.

01-20-2011, 02:07 PM
Looks good and you're really nice at anatomy but I am not good at critques, but the elbow looks a little disconnected on our right hand side. Otherwise it looks like a really cool semirealistic style.

01-20-2011, 06:38 PM
Looks pretty good overall except the part that Hamdrank pointed out. Also, with so much detail in everything else, it's a bit disappointing to see the gun behind her in such a non-descriptive way.

Btw, if those are jean shorts, I would expect them to go around her and not look like they were just body-painted on. I mean, where's the bulk? Where's the parts that stick out away from the skin? (http://www.google.com/images?hl=en&q=jean+shorts&um=1&ie=UTF-8&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&biw=1680&bih=867)

Last thing: her pinky looks too short where the glove is.

01-20-2011, 06:45 PM
Yeah, this was just a (45 min) practice sketch to help me get better at value and, for that reason, little work went into the gun. IMO, it's relatively easy to assign value to rigid, inorganic objects, so more focus was placed on the girl. Regardless, I definitely appreciate your inputs. You're absolutely right about the jean shorts, and the pinky thing is something I definitely overlooked. The elbow does look wonky in retrospect.

Also, the first picture in the link you posted, Rio, ruined my day. Rofl. *vomit*

01-20-2011, 07:00 PM
Also, the first picture in the link you posted, Rio, ruined my day. Rofl. *vomit*
lol Yeah, that's a very popular image for cards that I see recycled and used every.single.time. I guess it's a really big seller and that's why it keeps being used. D:

01-21-2011, 11:30 AM
It really caught me off guard. xD

Anyway, here is Mai Shiranui that I drew on the GB (then edited in GIMP to fix certain facial features). It was done on a single layer, so forgive any blurry areas. I think this was a work of 3 hours, total? I was working on it on and off yesterday in the GB, while playing Alan Wake (=O!) and King of Fighters MI2.

01-21-2011, 01:33 PM
I like both of the sketches, but the sling for the bazooka (correct me if I am wrong) doesn't look right since the strap ends are at the same place. Was it intentional to do that?

01-21-2011, 02:39 PM
No. It was a stupid mistake I made that I didn't realize until much later on haha. But I was too lazy to fix it. =[ Regardless, thanks for pointing it out. You have a sharp eye. xD

Here's a cruddy mech I drew in GB. It's really wonky due to lack of a line tool:

01-21-2011, 05:21 PM
Holy fk, man...I don't even see where you come up with your designs, seriously. That's epic.

The only thing I can say, is that it seems a bit off balance. Maybe throw a shadow underneith it to give it more prescence?

01-22-2011, 01:07 PM
Wow I love your drawings! The gray-scale that you've been doing looks awesome, and makes the whole drawings flow very nicely. Your anatomy looks amazing for both of the people, and the design for the last one is great. It might be just me, but the shoulders on the first girl seem a little, I guess small, in their volume. Like it doesn't seem like everything that's supposed to be inside of them can be in there, but it also might just be the style. The only other thing is what GunZet said, with that the last one seems a little "wobbly."

01-22-2011, 03:04 PM
Thank you both for your input. I'm thinking of drawing a second version of the mech with the balancing issue straightened out and all of the disproportionate areas scaled properly + line tool. You guys aren't the only ones to point that out, so good lookin' out.

01-22-2011, 04:16 PM
CypressDahlia, What's GB - is that a software?
PS: Your drawings looks great :)

01-22-2011, 05:05 PM
It's the Manga Tutorials Groupboard. You can find a link to it on the main site.

Quick 2 and a half hour speedpaint.

01-24-2011, 03:01 AM
behold the digital painting skill!! I bow to you. Sorry I cant add anything constructive but im in shock atm :o

edit : woah woah woah only half an hour !thats awesome! i love the machinery on the left

01-24-2011, 03:26 AM
Lucifer showed me this earlier, lol, I thought it was an old one cuz I didn't notice you edited your post.
Pretty awesome for 2 1/2 hours man, I just love how you do your colors and lighting. Although I would say maybe you could've sharpened the armor on the dudes a bit? the details that are there seem a bit fuzzy, but I dunno if this is a WIP or not.
Other than that, king of mecha....that is all.

01-24-2011, 02:08 PM
Yeah, you're right. The details are p. fuzzy. But I don't think I will work on it any more. I was just trying to get better w/ environments.

Also, here are some paintovers I've done for Surrounded:

EDIT: +++

There was once a Sakura here, but she was an eyesore (took her back to GIMP to fix her face up). So here is K' in the meantime:

01-25-2011, 11:21 AM
CypressDahlia, What's GB - is that a software?
PS: Your drawings looks great :)

It's the Manga Tutorials Groupboard. You can find a link to it on the main site.

To be more specific, when you log in go to More > Group Board. It's basically a place that you can draw with others in real time as well as chat (text or if you have a microphone, your real voice).

Cool stuff, Cyp. ...And talk about low rise pants! Not that I don't mind ( :P ) but wouldn't his butt crack be showing in the back?

01-25-2011, 03:35 PM
Probably. xD Anyway, here's Sakura again:

EDIT:+++ updated, w/ better faic.

01-26-2011, 01:11 AM
Something bugs me about sakura's face in that one. It just seems off, and I cant put my finger on it. I prefer your stuff on the old GB personally.

01-26-2011, 01:13 AM
ya I like it except the face

01-26-2011, 04:09 PM
I spent a bit of time making sure the face is correct, anatomically. You must mean that she is unattractive? Which is fine lol, because TBH I have a horrible weakness of not being able to draw right-facing faces. So I need to work on that. I might tweak it again.

I redesigned the base to suit the futuristic setting of Surrounded:

1.) This is the paintover, done at 3x the original size of the sprite.

2.) Here it is, scaled down to in-game size. But, in the process of rotating it back into its original orientation (which I initially did to make sure it was symmetrical), I lost a lot of quality...

3.) EDIT:+++ Here is a static version w/ enhanced lighting. Much higher quality:

01-26-2011, 05:35 PM
All of those overpaints look pretty freaking sick.
Although I don't think I'd be able to use them right now, as much as I want to. It wouldn't fit with all the other graphics...unless you're up for overpainting all of them xD, then again I still have 2 more enemies planned and 5 bosses I still have to design.

01-26-2011, 06:01 PM
I'm willing to paintover all of them. I need to commit myself to a project for once.

01-26-2011, 06:11 PM
Hm alright then. I'll PM you all of the sprites...warning, they're pretty tiny because I didn't plan for too much detail in most things other than the environment.

01-27-2011, 01:22 AM
More surrounded work. I decided to pick off the easiest sprite first: the CRATE!

After that, I decided to prioritize based on screen time. So here are the turrets:

-- And here is the actual paintover before re-scaling:

01-27-2011, 03:13 AM
Now THAT is some awesome pixel art!

01-28-2011, 12:10 AM
Haha, I wish my sprite work was that good. It's not sprite work. It's just paintovers scaled down, so it gets a little pixelated.

My sprite work, on the other hand, looks like this:

These are really old sprites I made back in like '08.

01-28-2011, 03:38 AM
Well, they're still pretty rad tough.

01-28-2011, 10:41 AM
These are looking really sick. I might tweak a few colors here and there though. But epic stuff.

01-28-2011, 02:44 PM
Sharp as always dawg ;D
What happen to your moe girls?

01-29-2011, 01:10 AM
I draw them periodically. lol.

See refined mech below.

Value sketch done on GB.

And a random 30-min cowgirl:

01-29-2011, 11:10 AM
Why can't I be less like me, and more like you?

01-29-2011, 11:20 AM
Why can't I be less like me, and more like you?

If everyone can be like Cype then nobody really is. XD Imagine every thread popping out art that has the same awesomeness and style. D:

Btw nice cowgirl pic you got there Cype. are you gonna enter it into the OC challenge?

01-29-2011, 01:25 PM
Probably not. lol. Otherwise I might've put more thought into it. That character was made up from scratch as I went.

EDIT: +++

K, so I smoothed out the mech a bit. I'm considering modeling this one.

EDIT: +++ Replaced PNG w/ JPG version.

01-31-2011, 03:32 AM
Kinda reminds me of Optimus Prime..

01-31-2011, 02:02 PM
now that you brought it up. It DOES have a Transformer-ish look to it.

02-01-2011, 07:27 PM

I haven't touched Metasequoia in a while. Need to brush up on my modeling skills.

02-02-2011, 10:33 AM
Ooooooh! A 3-D Graphic design program!

I can't really critique a model since... I just don't know how. I can't wait to see it in color!

02-04-2011, 11:05 PM
Model is finished. Now I just need textures...

Dragon girl project canceled.

02-05-2011, 03:53 PM
Man, you know how to model too? Lol, it's looking pretty beast so far. What're you gonna do all the details with?

also never heard of metaS..

02-05-2011, 04:40 PM
is it just because the image isnt loaded for me or is that wip blurry??

02-05-2011, 06:00 PM
It's //very// blurry. I'm still in very early stages of rendering/coloring.

I canceled the dragon girl project...

My GIMP crashed about 4 or so hours in. =/

02-11-2011, 08:12 PM
See latest.

Random character concept that I gave up on.

02-12-2011, 03:45 AM
I wish you didn't give up on that character lol, reminds me of Juri a little. A character I use to style explore on. But good job.

02-12-2011, 04:22 AM
That sleeve. Those hips. Those skulls! o - o Even the hand looks pretty great.

Okay, what I don't like so much:

- The hair hanging down in front of her ear probably wouldn't curve like that unless there was a lot of hair product in it. More likely it would hang down almost completely straight.

- The neck looks odd because it gets really wide right at the base of the skull.

- Not really a big deal, but the ear looks sort of funny with that line running across it like that. Generally, I believe it would be angled more downwards and sort of 'disappear' before the curves.

- This part is a bit tricky, but something looks off about her left boob area -- as if it's bigger or lower down than the other one? Maybe I'm imagining things. > - >

- And because I like to be really critical -- I think the collar would look better without the triangle bits. They sort of make me think of a clown costume. Though, perhaps that was your intention...? > . >

Really nice job overall though. You should have finished it.

02-12-2011, 07:31 AM
Thanks for your help, Taylour. I decided I would polish it up a bit.

I think the biggest improvement was made in the face, by shifting everything upwards. Correct perspective FTW.

02-12-2011, 11:47 AM
That scythe looks badass, and I may just steal it. But one thing that keeps bothering me, even in this version, is what Tay said.
The neck, perspective or not, there's something odd about it. The rest is epic, you seem to really like low-ride jeans now for some reason....you wear any bro?

02-12-2011, 01:43 PM
I like your art a lot! One thing I've noticed though is that when you draw people, they look kind of stiff or not enough fluidity to them. Maybe I'm wrong, I mean you're really good, but that's just what I noticed.

02-12-2011, 03:38 PM
Hmm. Any idea what's wrong with the neck? I'll fix it, but I'm having trouble discerning what the issue is. I narrowed it down in the process of re-adjusting the perspective, as Tay advised. The issue before was that one of the "triangle things" in the collar was filled in white, so it looked like there was no neck behind it, making her neck seem oddly funnel-shaped. And I've never had anyone say that to me before, Strawberrypeach, but if it's an issue, it's worth fixing. Any advice on how I can make this person less stiff?

And no, I don't wear low-ride jeans lawl.

02-12-2011, 05:18 PM
I'd slip the underside of the neck down so she has more chin, right now it seems like it's taking up a lot of her lower face for some reason. I also see now that you did fix it a bit, but due to the grays behind her being almost identical to the skin, I can't notice, so it's making her neck look bigger than it is. Throw some higher contrast up in that joint son.

02-12-2011, 06:09 PM

Hmm, how's this then? Taylour advised that it was the way the hair worked that made the neck look big, so I tweaked that a bit. I also added more value to the shoulders, which was a good call on her part (I noticed that I had made an anatomy error in the process). The collar bones are centered now. I'll try to fiddle w/ the contrast in the next edit. Thanks to you and Taylour both.

I dunno how I feel about giving her more chin, though. She already has a nose-length's worth of chin. I think that's enough, IMO.

02-12-2011, 06:57 PM
I dunno, draw her naked so I can see what exactly is wrong

Lol, looking pretty awesome for something you'll probably won't finish. Most of those issues are rooted out now, with those other issues done, I'm not really tripping on the chin as much.

02-12-2011, 07:24 PM
Thanks for your help, dude. Appreciate it. On a side note, I'm having some trouble doing a good paintover for your "footsoldier" sprite. Mind if I modify it a bit?

This is the last edit for now. I've adjusted everything to Miss Taylour's very specific specifications.

02-12-2011, 07:24 PM
Okay, I'm done being picky now. Gj.

02-12-2011, 07:31 PM
Sick, np.
And ye man, I don't mind if you switch up the design, it's cool.
I'm putting out the newest version soon, it'll still use the old sprites...I think I'll hold the ones you've done for when I have all of the silhouettes done, so stuff is already there to work with.

02-12-2011, 10:58 PM
, Strawberrypeach, but if it's an issue, it's worth fixing. Any advice on how I can make this person less stiff?.

Well, I guess if no one else mentioned anything about it, then it must not be an issue :) Like I said, maybe I'm wrong, and I struggle with making my people look not stiff, so I'm not 100% sure one would go about it, since I'm still learning :P

02-12-2011, 11:34 PM
Well, I guess if no one else mentioned anything about it, then it must not be an issue :) Like I said, maybe I'm wrong, and I struggle with making my people look not stiff, so I'm not 100% sure one would go about it, since I'm still learning :P
Actually I agree with you, Peach. When Cype adds value to his drawings they seem to become rather stiff -- which is absolutely fine for things like mecha and weapons and such -- unfortunately, I haven't quite figured out what to suggest in order to solve the problem either. o - o"

Just because nobody bothered to mention it before doesn't mean you're wrong. x]

02-12-2011, 11:48 PM
I agree. lol. Tell me if you figure anything out.

02-13-2011, 12:03 AM
I think the main problem with the stiffness is that you use to much hard line/edges or that some areas aren't blended well enough. By that I mean they aren't smooth out as much as they should be, I played around with your girl (ZING!! 8D), heres what I got, think that kinda solve your problem...somewhat O_o?

The abdominal area, the nose, lips, eye lids, and hair were some area that I found not blended out smooth enough. What program are you using atm? Group Board or Gimp?

02-13-2011, 12:29 AM
GIMP. And that occurred because I used a sharpen filter to raise the contrast, which also made everything...well...sharper. Though I'm getting mixed messages now because Taylour prefers the hard values on the stomach. Hmm.

02-13-2011, 12:41 AM
Oh I see, why don't you use the "Color > Brightness and Contrast" to raise the contrast instead?

And yeah, thats art for ya, everyones opinion differs from one another. xD

Well, maybe theres a way to create a more flexible pose yet maintaining the hard values. Maybe try a more exaggeratedly dynamic pose?

02-13-2011, 01:48 AM
Using Brightness and Contrast drowns out some of the shading in GIMP. Also, at an ideal level, it makes whites turn gray.

In other news: it's Ralf-muhfucking-Jones.

02-13-2011, 07:49 AM
Galatica Phantom? lol

Nice job on the face, you really capture his character. His hand is a little odd, the fingers look too short.

02-14-2011, 04:17 AM

02-28-2011, 04:14 AM

I thought he was from KoF.

02-28-2011, 04:34 AM
I thought he was from KoF.

There's also a Ralph Jones in Metal Slug, i believe he got added in either Metal Slug 6 or 7.
i don't quitte remember.

03-25-2011, 10:54 PM
Various things I've been up to on the GB:

03-26-2011, 02:34 AM
Awesome action poses drawings WIN!

03-26-2011, 12:06 PM
.....O.o .......great percpective!!! The only mistake i see is as dogHB said that the fingers are a bit too short but other than that everything else......100 points!!!(out of 100)

03-26-2011, 01:17 PM
Lol. I like your crazy use of simple lines for everything. Looks really organized in a scribbley way.
And that use of purple/pink and orange is pretty awesome. Perspective is always ace with you.
AAnnndd, it seems you have a Chun-Li addiction.

03-26-2011, 07:37 PM
Chun Li is the epitome of hot hot hot thunda thighs.

04-01-2011, 06:24 PM

Doin stuff.

04-01-2011, 06:26 PM
And doin' it well.
I still don't understand how you keep your lines so nice lol.

Also I think the perspective you used sorta fugged the upper body anatomy a bit, but I can't spot it exactly. Some things just look a lot bigger than other parts, and tapering off quite quick,

04-02-2011, 12:18 AM
@_@ you keep amazing me

I don't know if I'm right, but her right arm seems a little too big and the handle of the sword too, the perspective should shrikn it a little, cuz I believe it's on the hips area which is smaller than the shoulder area.....with this I tried to critique a bit T_T

anyway you've got an amazing style ^_^

04-02-2011, 08:43 AM
HOW THE HELL DO YOU GUYS MAKE SUCH CRISPY AND FLUID LINES IN A DIGITAL ENVIORMENT!!!!!!???????:cat_tantrum: pls tell me :cat_shiney:

04-03-2011, 07:49 AM
Please keep doin it.

04-04-2011, 10:13 PM
Moar GB stuff. I'm trynna be moe, yeh.

A character I'm considering entering into SaiMoe:

04-05-2011, 05:38 AM
I swear i looked but i still dont know where to crit your stuff. Some of them seem a bit short but it still just works.

04-05-2011, 07:52 AM
These are all great as usual dude, my only crit is the girl's arm in the first one. The way you have her wrist and forearm compared to her elbow is a little twisted. You have her elbow in the back from our view and the crease from the back of the joint about in the center horizantally. The elbow should be closer in our view and the back of the joint should be closer to the front of the arm. Although it is still just a sketch so I might be seeing it wrong. Still it's something to watch out for.

04-07-2011, 10:17 PM

Moar action.

Thanks for the crit, dude.

04-08-2011, 12:55 AM
Cype, you should like make a book or something containing your top 30 art stuff. I'd buy it.

I would like to see you draw more character expressions or 1 char in different costumes, you know, instead of churning out one amazing OC(or non OC) piece after another (not that it's anything bad but I'd like to see you evolve your mad skills to a higher level).

Seeing more colour stuff from you would be great too.

04-08-2011, 01:09 AM
I agree. More color and finished pieces please. And maybe experiment with a more realistic style? I haven't seen you try realism very often (or at all). That'd be awesome. Not like this isn't lol.

04-08-2011, 08:19 AM
I'll try, guys. I just don't have the patience most of the time. And I just like to jot down quick concepts to get them on paper.

Anyway, here is a painting I just did.

04-08-2011, 08:27 AM
@_@...a painting you just did? this is amazing, I'm speechless

04-08-2011, 09:18 AM
Man, you slay me everytime you do that. WHAT R U ON MAN?

What generally inspires or gives you ideas? I mean, it's can't be that you're looking at your breakfast cereal in the morning and going, "I think I'll paint something with a big castle and a town today...hmmm...maybe some towers, yeah... fruit loops FTW."

04-08-2011, 09:25 AM
Well shit...that shut me up xD

04-08-2011, 07:30 PM
.....................:cat_blood:.................. ....................

04-09-2011, 07:15 AM
I'm joining the O_O crowd:

04-09-2011, 10:56 AM
Dude, cut it out with being such a genius.

04-09-2011, 01:43 PM
That is exquisite.

04-09-2011, 02:53 PM
Awesome work, man. I love the warm color scheme and the stark contrast between the castle and the lower buildings. It gives the castle a very unearthly, above the world feel. Also the way the composition pulls the eye through all the parts of the painting effectively is something I don't see very often. This is just cool x3

04-09-2011, 06:16 PM

And now only kasey sounds smart and mature.....unlike the rest of us that just O.O-ed.........

And now only kasey sounds smart and mature.....unlike the rest of us that just O.O-ed.........

Kasey also likes to over-analyze things x)

04-10-2011, 04:59 AM
I love it its so beautiful i want to live in it. I dont know if its suposed to be or not but some parts of the castle seem skewed or off center (like i said not sure if its suposed to be that way) or even that i cant find like a center for the main entrence and pillar. It just bugs me for some stupid reason that the clock thing is not centered above the door and the door seems to be short a bit to out right. Still awesome tho.

04-10-2011, 08:19 PM
Yeah, the castle is meant to be asymmetrical. And the door is actually quite huge, if you compare it to the houses in front of the castle.

04-10-2011, 09:53 PM
That's what had me a bit confused at first lol. I was like "wtf, why are the houses smaller than the gate?" And then I figured it's just a really big door...And although the castle is meant to be asymmetric, it still seems like the clock should line up with the gate for designs sake. That's just my little 2 cents there.

05-15-2011, 07:15 PM

3-4 hours in GIMP. Inspired by Bahamut Lagoon.

I'm trying a different approach to this whole painting thing...

05-15-2011, 08:40 PM
hmm this style i see it from time to time.
its an interesting style to learn. From what I hear it is very fast to do.
i think i turned out pretty good

05-16-2011, 11:45 AM
Thanks. As of right now, still purely experimental. Here is something more familiar:

And here is something a little less light-hearted:

05-16-2011, 04:56 PM
That last drawing is confusing in many ways, Pyramid head's wife?

I really like the soft-painting drawing you've been doing, but ive been wondering do you also draw with watercolour? I mean like on paper....

Also i feel like the pantie in the second drawing needs to be like more V-shaped, but it could work this way, but it doesnt seem comfortable at all...

05-16-2011, 05:50 PM
That last drawing is confusing in many ways, Pyramid head's wife?

LOL thats exactly what i thought

05-16-2011, 06:02 PM
Looking really great! some c&c the 3rd drawing has really small hands, for the rest, I just love it ^^

05-17-2011, 07:58 PM
lol yeh. It was inspired somewhat by Silent Hill. I was in a monster mood.

But those hands were meant to be tiny. I was trying to be...."moe"....but evidently I failed. T_T

Anyway, here is a p. old one I never posted. Older style:

05-18-2011, 12:08 AM
I miss your older styles. ):

The monster is... interesting. Very creepy. In a good way.

As for the other girl, her proportions seem a bit off--long forearms and small hands, mainly, I think.

05-18-2011, 06:45 AM
As always, I love the details and poses.

05-18-2011, 08:48 AM
^ What Son said. I really like the moe stuff, even if it's not your usual style.

I don't think i quite have a preference for what style you use. It all looks great to me, whether you choose to do something simple or detailed, graphic or painterly. :)

Thanks a lot, Seefy. I'm just trying to get better at everything.

2-hour speedpaint. It's like an alien city or something...and spaceship.

EDIT:+++ another 2 hour speedpaint. Underground mining facility.

EDIT:+++++ 3 hours, this time. The mech is kinda suckish. akakaka.

+ another ~2 hours to polish it up.

I gotta say, I love all of your styles Cype. You're so versatile.

I love the fantasy element in your work, especially the detailed clothing designs. I really like the air ship type digital painting. Wish I could paint that well digitally. Did you use any reference for it ?

TnT i have no clue how you do such good landscapes. Do you just paint them or do you have some sort of line-art,sketch thingy there?

05-22-2011, 06:13 PM
Naw. I start off with a really quick value-scribble using black and white or another base color based on the color of the thing I'm drawing.

The one in the center is my favorite. The lighting is really nice and eye-catching. The addition of the blue vehicles was a great touch, too.

haha, those are supposed to be some kinda minerals or ore, but thanks. I guess I need to sharpen up my small details.

05-25-2011, 03:31 AM
Epic mechs are epic! Nice details as always, from a distance, there is a really nice 3D look to it xD

05-25-2011, 05:17 AM
Yeah, it looks like a render from a distance, which is mad skill. I like the track detailing at the bottom of the foot.

Nice stuff as always Cyp. The last one - I think the perspective is a bit off especially on the right side. I feel like it's tilting down too much. If you can move the ceiling up a bit, it should fix the problem.

I see it. Thanks for pointing that out, Rio.

Experimental style.

Her boobs doesn't have enough depth. It looks so flat. Maybe more medium shadows will pop it out more. Also, the bar behind her neck and her hands - it's off. The perspective of her arms doesn't make it seem like they're going back plus the handle behind her neck - it just doesn't seem like it's behind her neck. Nice experiment, otherwise. :thumbs up:

I was mulling over the chest problem and I figured out why it bothered me. When a girl starts to bend down, the shape of the breast changes due to gravity. Unless she's got great push-up bra's, her chest looks like she's still standing up straight.

I see, I see.

That sketch was mostly done for style experimentation, so I guess I overlooked a lot of things. Thanks for the help.

Attempting a creature concept for this (http://www.mangatutorials.com/forum/showthread.php?808-Looking-for-Concept-Artists) thread:

Supposed to be a Jade Hunter. Didn't want to make it look like an Akrid or a Tyranid, though.

EDIT:+++ Trying something completely new--

Need a color scheme, though.

The insect is pretty damn awesome and the new style thingy character is awesome too :D I really like his ear thingies. I suggest using light blue for the helmet and blue green for the pants, I dunno for the rest... Well thats my idea xD You're omg at drawing as usual. no surprise :p
