Unless otherwise noted in this thread, please follow the other rules in General Discussion (http://www.mangatutorials.com/forum/showthread.php?5-General-Discussion-Rules). General Discussion rules are generally accepted as global rules.
Official Rules:
1. Any contest is welcome as long as they are manga, anime, or drawing related. You may ask me (Rio) for permission about posting a contest but generally, as long as it complies with the above I am fine with you posting your contest.*
