Download WINE (free) from Ubuntu's shop and run SAI's .exe file with it.

Weird. It worked fine for me when I had the trial of Ubuntu 11.04 going. I just opened it from my downloads folder and went from there.

This site (http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=15221) has some tests of Sai on Wine. Apparently the test results are old, but Sai did work on various versions of Ubuntu. If nothing else works, try dual-booting with a tested version of Ubuntu.
