So yea. I just got a thing for shoes, I'm almost sure others do too. So basically, post what you got, what you want, what you're eyeing up but can't decide on.
What type you like, brands, look, etc. All that crap.
I gots these.
Adio Amps Blue/Gum colorway w/ white strings *except mine are all suede, and the area around the logo is nubuck*
I haven't worn em outside yet lol.
Adio Joey Brezinsky pro models orange/brown colorway w/ turqoise strings
*skating these now*
Vans AV Era 1.5 - Anthony Van Engelin black/gray colorway w/ white strings
*I've skated the hell outta these so they're semi retired*
eS Square Two black/gray colorway w/ red strings
Vans Chukka Low - Chima Ferguson Navy/white colorway w/ light blue strings
Those are just ones I have right now. But I really wanna get some Stefan Janoski Nike SB's. The last pair of SB's I had were amazing, but I got those for free, and Janoski's are like...100 bucks, fuckthat.
FOOT/SHOE FETISH ITT!
I need some new shoes.
10-18-2011, 12:38 AM
I got a hand fetish...but feet, ehhh. As for shoes, fuck yes.
Also go get some at Ross lol. They have some damned good deals on good shoes if you catch em at the right time.
I get emails with coupons and BoGo sale updates from payless. I get cheap shoes cuz I'm poor and I'd rather have 2pairs for $60 than one pair for that much. Allso I have to get skatershoes because my feet are wide and regular shoes hurt super bad or don't fit. Also flat footed so all shoes give me pain. I usually just get airwalks. One of my pair has a hole worn thru the sole and are like less than 2 months old. I walk allot.
10-18-2011, 01:09 AM
I get cheap shoes cause I know not to pay $70 for some that I know I'm gonna skate and destroy. Also Airwalks are just bad quality shoes, period. I'd suggest just getting some cheap Vans or something, even those last longer than Airwalks. I mean, every pair of AW's I've had, have grown this magic hold in the sole, soooo. Yea lol.
I will have to look into that because I'm tired of buying shoes every other month.

Uh the shoes I own now are these:
Basic low top chuck taylor all stars. They go with pretty much everything and they're fairly comfortable. I got them with some sole inserts though because there's no arch support so running in them without that is p bad for your feet.
And I just bought these Palladium Pallabrouse Baggy boots for winter since I didn't really have any boots. I've always just worn sneakers and would get frozen feet on account of snow going in the tops of my shoes.
And I've been thinking about buying a pair of boots like this:
They're sold at H&M for about $70 which you think is a great deal until you find out that its made out of imitation leather. Still though, I don't really have the money to fork over two to three hundred dollars for a pair of good leather boots.
10-18-2011, 01:36 AM
I have a pair of boots like these, but plainer, without the logo.
I also own these:
... They were cheap.
Oh, I also own a pair of black flip-flops.
I need some new runners, and I'd like to get some shoes that wouldn't kill me when I'm on a skateboard. I don't even know where to start, though. :|
Edit: Just for the record, I had a pair of Airwalks that lasted about a year and a half before the seams fell apart and I grew out of them. They were my only pair of shoes at the time. . _ .
10-18-2011, 01:40 AM
Oh yeah I forgot, I own a pair of Adidas Ciero too.
Also Gunzet, your going on and on about Vans all the time made me take a look at their website and what shoes they sell. When they were really popular around where I live, everyone just got these really ugly skating shoes that looked like everyone had fat feet. But I gotta say, there's some good stuff on there.
When did Vans get so tasteful?
10-18-2011, 01:44 AM
I actually dig those gray Vans...even though I hate high tops, those look sick.
10-18-2011, 01:49 AM
It's woolen apparently, so I dunno how great they'd be in the rain, but yeah they'd look great with some chinos and a jumper or something
10-18-2011, 04:07 AM
I only own one pair of shoes: the Saucony Bullet, blue suede.
10-18-2011, 05:33 AM
I have two pairs of this with the white stripes and all black stripes
I also have this Nike SB
I also have this one, so that I can easily take it off and wear
Docksider that has the same color if this but different brand
and a some converse shoes just like Hayashida.
10-18-2011, 01:41 PM
I've got some blue lo-top Converse, black mono xx-hi Converse (http://imagethumbnails.milo.com/003/475/023/trimmed/3475243_1684023_trimmed.jpg), customized xx-hi Converse (http://celestial-fox.deviantart.com/gallery/?catpath=/#/d294i8e). I also have some Airwalks I drew on (http://celestial-fox.deviantart.com/gallery/?catpath=/&offset=24#/d1kqg4k).
Usually I wear the blue Converse or my Voss boots (by Unionbay):
I wear Nikes when it's colder outside. Mine are just like these, but without a high top.
(I also have some Nike Shox which are worn to death, but they're a great workout shoe.)
I need some new shoes because a lot of the ones I have are falling apart. The soles are coming off some of them and the canvas is ripped on others. I'm looking to get some PF Flyers to replace them:
I actually dig those gray Vans...even though I hate high tops, those look sick.
Also, this ^^^

I have some K Swiss shoes that I wear to work, but I got them on clearance and can't find a picture on the website. Other than those, though, I usually just go to Payless for my shoes unless I find a killer deal somewhere else. Even if another store is having a really good sale on shoes, I hardly ever get any cause very few stores carry my size.
10-18-2011, 07:01 PM
Funny how when you go the Payless, you're more than likely paying more.
10-18-2011, 08:30 PM
Not really. I only buy dressy shoes or shoes I won't wear heavily there. I don't see any reason to pay $80 for some pumps when I can pay about $25 for almost the same thing at Payless. I buy work shoes and boots other places when I can find good prices, but so few places around here carry size 11, and the stores that do don't have much variety.
10-18-2011, 08:33 PM
Man, I think you need to move to a bigger city.
10-19-2011, 05:51 AM
Man, I know. All my town has is a Walmart, a Payless, and a Cato. Then there's another town like 30 minutes away that has a bit more, but it's not that much better. You'd think a military town and a college town would have better shopping.
10-19-2011, 06:07 PM
No but the military base itself has a good shopping centre
10-19-2011, 06:44 PM
Just the PX, and the prices there aren't that great and you need a military ID to shop there anyway. The food court's awesome, though. I always get cheese fries at Charley's when I'm on post.
10-19-2011, 06:54 PM
Um the prices there are fantastic and you don't have to pay taxes I mean I can get a 4-pack of Monster for $3 on base
10-19-2011, 10:33 PM
Not all the prices are amazing though. You find some good deals, but if you actually pay attention and shop around, you find out that not everything is cheaper, at least not by that much. Yeah $3 for a four-pack of Monster is awesome, but it's only $4 at our Walmart and I don't have to convince an Army wife to take me shopping in order to get it. Plus I don't have to deal with snotty military brats and their parents. I swear, if I have someone try and pull their spouse's rank on me one more time, I'm blowing up the planet.

101 Wear Loafers or Converses Everyday
Though I should get some deck/boat shoes. Seems like a waste with winter coming up, though.
10-20-2011, 12:49 PM
Whenever I see someone wearing loafers, I always want to ask if they got them from their grandpa.
10-20-2011, 01:08 PM
I had some loafers when I was still young and church going. Made me feel 60 years older.
10-20-2011, 01:15 PM
Because wearing anything more formal than trainers is for old people
10-20-2011, 01:25 PM
Pretty much, yea.
10-20-2011, 05:17 PM
Naw, you just have to get the right kinds of shoes. I mean, loafers that are well-made are hard to come by without actually looking, but even a good desert boot or oxford can really do a look some good.
10-20-2011, 05:25 PM
I tend to get Jessica Simpson brand shoes. They're very nice and comfortable. They last for years~ Then I go to EasySpirits for shoes that I wear for walking, running and working. They are like heaven for the feet.
Last pair of boots I bought. Saw almost the exact same kind over at BOGO for over twice the price I paid for these. I got them at Target. Wonderful place for cheap, nice shoes.
10-20-2011, 05:54 PM
I absolutely love Adidas shoes, I'll post a pic of my favorite pair of shoes later.
(I'm on the bus, on my phone.)
