Anyone playing (or heard of) Terraria?

So I've been playing this for the past couple of days. From what I've heard it's kind of like a 2d version of Minecraft. Unfortunately I haven't played Minecraft so I can't really offer anymore comparisons there. Regardless, it's a pretty sweet game, and the developers plan on continuing to work on and add content to it for a long time.

Ah nice. Only played it once? Was that because you weren't able to really get into it or just haven't had time?

I'm also considering trying out Dwarf Fortress... I just find myself a little intimidated by it. D:

It's pretty cool but way too difficult to progress in. Also mining is really slow in it.

i have terraria, its kinda fun but i got bored pretty quick
