Oekaki Board Rules - EDIT please read

Here are the rules to the board. These may change at any time.

RULES:
1. Post to the right room. Oekaki related topics only!
2. Critique artwork only when asked. Constructive criticism only . "You suck" posts will get you automatic suspension.
3. No H images!
4. Fan art must credit copyright owner: artist, series title, anime company or author.
5. No outside linking to images.
6. Stealing another's work is forbidden. Drawings are copyrighted to their respective owners. Ask their permission for use.
7. No spamming!

NEW RULES (Nov 30, 2004):
8. If you make a mistake on your oekaki, start over (or if you can, undo your mistake) instead of posting it up and wasting space. If you would like a critique, though, you may post up your artwork but you must specify you want a critique.

(Will take effect on January 1, 2005):
9. Each user may post up only ONE image per day. If you're interested in quick drawings, then do it on paper and not in here.

I've added two new rules. One will not take effect till the new year but I suggest you guys pratice getting used to the new rule or you may end up with a deleted oekaki when the time comes. Anyways, here they are:

I've amended the 8th Rule:

Btw, if you guys didn't notice, Rule #9 is in effect since January 1st, 2005:

Adding a 10th rule, I announced it a while back on the oekaki board, but I just want to make it official here.
10. If you accidentally posted more than one drawing per day and realized it, please write a comment on the second oekaki saying that you are sorry. We mods forgive pretty easily, but if you don't realize your mistake, then that is telling us you did not read the rules.

Drawing a second oekaki per day is now a suspendable offense.

Strangely enough, the rule regarding the contest list hasn't been listed anywhere, so here we go:

11. If you are unable to hold/announce your contest when your turn comes up on the list, you have 3 days after in order to do so. However, if you have a valid explanation of why you were delayed and need more time, we can surely accommodate you.

After that, you'll be put after the next person in line and will go once their contest has concluded. However, you only have a limit of 3 chances to be put back and will eventually be removed if you're still absent.
