Heyloes,

Pretty much new here, but anyways, posted under a different name a fair while ago, just felt like putting some stuff I've done more recently online along with some of the older stuff to ask for opinions / tips / criticisms and the likes.

Few eyes... I love drawing eyes. Plus the ghost just makes me laugh whenever I see him lol

( Stats - 21 years old... Actively drawing in small bursts over the last year. Almost everything I've tried to draw in this sort of style can be found on the DA link. )

I really like the style of the first pic, and i like the eyes on the second one.

But, the last one seems like details were kinda just scribbled on, but thats easy to improve on.
Keep it up, man.

Yeah, I got a bit lazy at the time :/ Mostly scribbled some stuff to see what would happen, didn't work out :p

Anyways, new one I did today (Not the only... Just the only one that turned out ok ;P )



And yes, I got a tad lazy with the hat thing... Need more research into properly drawing them atm.

I loved the way you drew eyes in the study up top but it seems in your most recent drawing that you didn't use any of them
Research hats, clothes, accessories, everything. it will all help give your drawings that nice believable touch.
The hair bugs me (but I'm kind of a hair silly goose) because of the clumping. Try varrying the size and whieght of the locks of hair and throwing some individual strands in there.

I know, been trying not to focus too much on the eyes however, more the general placement of everything etc. Trying to work the face properly then get the body sorted before going back to fill in loads of details etc.

The hair is something I noticed myself when I was drawing the last one... Been meaning to lookup various mangas to have a look at the different hairstyles and drawing styles used in each and hopefully add something new to the mix. Homework for tomorrow ;P
