Hi, I'm new to the forums and wanted to get some opinions in my sketches and drawings. I would also appreciate if you put a support to the opinions so I would know where to improve. Thanks for reading and hope to get some feedback. ^^

The body is to long for the perspective (of course I would be wrong if she is a giant).

Post more draws, to get more useful critics.

Clockhand's right, though that's an excellent shot at perspective. Most people probably couldn't tell that was off. Post more!

I think the problem is that the shoes are too small, both Matt and Clock are right.

Her forehead looks okay to me. Arm is weird; upper arm is too short, lower arm is a wee bit too long. Looking good though :D

her forehead is okay.. but her eyes, arms, and hair details needs more improvement.. but it's not bad... Just add some more details.. esp, on the dress.

The arms do look weird. Although for me other than that everything's fine, it's just me though >.< Especially love the cat ^^ Yes, I do love cats.

Thanks, I'll try and concentrate more on the arms and clothes. I made the cat since I think it's cute being in there. ^^

^ Agreed. I love the cat too.

Also, the arm--it looks like you've got the right idea on anatomy as far as the bulge around the elbow area. Thing is, if you memory draw that sorta thing before you're really good with anatomy, it's gonna come out a bit off. (At least for me.) Try reference drawing that area a few times--you'll be surprised how much easier it is (and how much better you'll get).

Though I say that, personally, I hate using references for some weird, originality-crazed reason. If you're the same way, you just gotta force yourself into it.

Keep posting pictures--your style is among my favorites, and you have the most potential of any new artist here since Fabiafidus. (IMO)
