I don't care if you post comments or what kinds of comments (so long as the negative ones have a reason or are constructive). Quite frankly, I would probably glomp you and love you forever. You have been warned! Basically, no one ever comments on my art (I post it on my deviantart account and I have practically no watchers) so it'll be nice to get some feedback.

I mostly draw characters. Each and every single character I draw has a personality. The newest characters tend to not be completely formed and thus have only a partial personality (but I'm not done with 'em! Give them some time and they'll be just as real as you and me... expect they live on paper). Most of my characters are fully formed, though I tend to go back and tweak their personality a little bit every so often.

As far as I can remember, I have only drawn things that breath. What does that mean? Basically, there will be no random building sketches or backgrounds. Not everything I draw is human, though, so I do have plenty of demons and the like. (Here's a tip: I LOVE fantasy, sci-fi, and aliens. :P)

I did a graphic novel project with my library one and my job was to create and design two of the characters. I chose Deon and his older brother, Colin. Personality, common quotes, and clothes are all there. They were designed for a 15 page (give or take a few) graphic novel and both characters were designed by about ten hyper-active, sugar crazed people being forced to sit at a table (it's times like these that I wish I had a camcorder). Yeah...

OMG! Random chibi! (You really don't wanna go there...)

This is Tsuki. He's my newest character and I absolutely love him! <3 I was bored and I found my Draw 50 Horses book. Took me about an hour to sketch him. And yes, I did this today.

Victor "Vic" Van Dyke was a very interesting character to design. I was going to use him in a manga project but I need to learn how to draw weapons and such first. But I have him and his partner Alexander drawn and available for use in the future! :3 (I only drew Alex. My brother actually came up with and described the character. It's with his permission that I uploaded the pic to the web.)

Ehran is an adorable little alien called a Kaibara. I love him to death because he's so adorable! *cough* Moving on!

ANOTHER RANDOM CHIBI! Yes, I had sugar. How'd you guess?

Perhaps one of the best pictures I've ever drawn, Chip and Data are definitely my two favorite characters. If I could ever sit down and draw, I could use the manga plot I had in mind for these two. Sadly, I'm too nervous to actually make a comic of my own...

Experiment #13 was designed for a role-play that I participated in (and which died within a week! D:). Part lion, part bat, and part something else (I think it was a fish), he's definitely the most interesting character I've had to draw.

That is, until I sketched out my alien!

So, any thoughts, comments, or critiques?

Too many links... Arms are too skinny. Also, look at hands in action. Faces all look child like, which isn't good or bad.

This is going to be the last critic I'm going to do in MT, so be ready for a world of commodity.

Deon: Look the proportions, the arms are extremelly longs and the neck is not well attached to the head.

Colin: Again, proportions (the arms are almost as biggers as the body). The hand and arms are losted in deepness and this confusion is strengthed by the bandages. The feet are to small (and look like the one of the tennage ninja mutante turtles). Also the chin in the face look weird.

Chibi: I know is a Chibi but even chibis have proportions, the head is too big and arms to longs, it look like a frog. Also the composition in the face look a bit random (if a character close an eye, it would probably close the eye that is more at the sight).

Tsuki: Again another problem with the neck, you made the chin of the head to end inside the lines of the neck. The clavicle and the shoulders look unnatural, it doesn't have wrist and the hands look like there is no hand, more like an arm with tentacles. The body of the horse look better, but be warned of the perspective you are using and how are using it (because look like it have a scoliosis).

Vic: Again proportions, arms to long, legs to thin, small feet and the chin is inside the neck. And work with the hands.

Ehran: For the style is the one who is most saved of flaws, the only real flaw in this is the right arm of the character that is bigger than the other. But without that it can be pretty desent.

Another Chibi: Arms. The body is to tight and the drop of the cloth is not good. The head is shapeless and doesn't go with the body or the face.

Chibi Data: Heads have a weird shape that doesn't go with the faces (it can be style, but you have done this a lot of times, and more than having a pattern, it lose patterns, so is not a style, is a flaw). Arms to long, in this case also to thin (looking the arm of the guy). The body direction is weird (legs looking to a side and the body to other).

Experiment something: Cool pokemon. Nothing to say, I could make you a speech about animal anatomy and everything, but it would be pointless by the style you are using that is more pokemon than naturalist.

Alien: I like the idea, finally a alien that is not a lizard or insect or a human mixed with other animal, even soo it would be good to see more anatomy work with use of bone structure and muscul knowledge (it can turn this concept to a more realistic one and more shaped).

Now. I'm a blunt, but I don't do this to be a douche, I do this because people need to improve. And as I said this is going to be my last critic in MT, so being the last person I critic, take the comments with more value than normal.

First of all, a lot of these are really old. I'll hold onto a picture for anywhere from a week to a year before trying to post it online (most of my pictures never make it to the web). So there is definitely lack of proportion all over the place.

Yeah, I really do need to work on my hands, don't I? At least they're better than they used to be. And my proportions are improving compared to last year. But, practice makes perfect and I definitely plan on improving those two areas the most.

As for the face, that comes from the fact that I've almost always drawn young or youthful characters (generally in their early teens). I have little to no experience with older teen-adult characters. I'm also working on that but that's going to take some time.

i would suggest posting the pics and not links.
it's to difficult for people (like me) with a slow computer to look at them all at once, especially since there are so many it takes ages.
my advice to you is practice!

All my images are on deviantart and I can't figure out how to post them up here. I actually prefer doing it that way but it just won't work! D: I just get this red text saying: It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image.

You people probably thought I disappeared, huh? Well, I have a very random schedule so I haven't disappeared permanently. Life just likes being a pain in the-

Sounds like you need to resize them. If you don't have image editing software, you can copy/paste the image link from deviant art onto the imageshack site and use their resizing option when you upload it.

You should then have a perfectly board-sized image:

Get a life noob, and stop posting stupid shit remarks like these.
if you have actually something worth mentioning, then sure, knock yourself out and post it.
otherwise, GTFO.

On-Topic: I love the centaur-guy, keep working on the anatomy tough.
and remember that the distance from head-on perspective between the eyes, is always one eye.

Thanks guys! I have a week (or two week) long camping trip coming up so I'll have more time to draw! Which means I'll be getting new pictures up sometime early November (shortly after the anime convention).

Woohoo! I's back! I'll be uploading pics soon (When I recover from my cold... Ah, the joys of glomping sick people!). Sugoi-con was SO awesome! (Especially considering it was my first ever anime convention.) Anywho, I'm gonna go sleep on the couch now. I'll post pictures later.
