Anyway cookie you chose an incredibly weird reference. Not sure why you'd want to draw from something like that. That being said, your drawing seems like random blobs. You did pretty well considering the source, but I think you should probably draw something from life. Like an actual photo.

While you managed to recreate the image relatively succesfully, the source is way smoother, especially in some areas. The face is very well done though.

I agree with Jubeh. Besides drawing from life you may copy images that interest you, build on them, and then proceed to original works. Just my opinion.

Pretty good, I think, but you should work on the shading part, some parts aren't completely colored in.
