there is a FREE 3D stick figure software known as Stick Man 3D.

it basically gives you a 3 dimensional stick figure.

you can change the length of bones of the stick figure

you can drag the bones to change its posture

you can rotate the stick figure around

once you are happy you can take a screen shot and use it as a guide to draw your manga

this is actually quite nice! its a good way to learn, but its better not to use references to much, only if ure beginning. thanks!
