The only program that you can Photoshop things with is Photoshop.

I don't know if SithFez1493's question is a joke or not, but setting the joke aside, photoshopping is a brand name that has become a common term. Kinda like a brand in my country (Aqua) that become a substitute word for mineral water.

The same with photoshop. Perhaps because photoshop is the most popular (popular, not THE best) software in editing graphics/pictures, some people have begin to use the term photoshopping to substitute editing pictures...

Photoshop elements is cool if you're not rich and you dont like keygen(or if you just don't know silly goose it is)

But yeah, gimp's cool n' free so its a cool choice too.

I don't know that yet, I haven't do serious searching on that. But I'm sure that it's the one of the most (if not THE) popular. And yes, it's one of the best, but I don't know for sure if it's THE best.

Opinions, subjectivity. I could say I find GIMP to be a better software than Photoshop, but the odds of you encountering someone like that are quite low.

Anyways, photoshop is quite resource expensive, so a crappy computer probably won't be able to run Photoshop smoothly.
GIMP could work (considering my sister's laptop is one of the slowest I've ever seen and she can run it on that thing) and it's free.
