As far as traffic goes, we still get a decent amount of people coming in and it's slowly climbing back up to the levels from before the time when the forum was out of commission for a month or so one summer. So far, the adverts here at the site has been paying for the hosting and extras like the group board so everything's fine. More people wouldn't be a problem. With the next version though, I think we'll see a jump in people so if members want some extras, they will have to pay for them. I'm actually working on the next version so keep your eyes peeled to the news section for info. It's going to be totally sweet!

It's pretty normal to see a lot of people with 0 posts. If you look at the old board, there are tons of people who just sign up and never post anything. I'm not really worried about them at all.

I think most of the members with 0 post usually just come in the forum to read and look at art. I used to be like that as well for like a week when I first joined MT. Other then that MT to me has a decent amount of active members coming in and out. But I think if advertising was done, MT would get more people.

I joined the forums back when I was nine years old and never posted. Then I came back lol.

Honestly I lurked for a year or so back around 2005 before I even thought of signing up. And even at that, I only signed up to show off and mess around with people...lol.

For a while, I never posted on any forums, but I decided it wouldn't be bad to interact with people outside the region I live in. The Midwest sucks(at least, where I am), and there's not a lot of manga fans. And when I do find fans here, uh...they're like 12. No offense to 12 year olds, but it'd be kinda creepy to hang out and chat with them.

It's really just a question of how interested people are in art.

Even with the members we have, a lot of them don't care for art.
