I can make it happen but that would require making specific groups and it's kind of pointless to make one group just so one person doesn't a one thread. It's completely different if there were a group of people who do not want to access something though like if there was an 18+ area.

A Hellbanned user could still post in and view any thread BUT no one else could see their posts until the Hellban was lifted. And the Hellbanned user would not be told they were actually Hellbanned.
