Aight, well heres my critique.
The Good, You have improve on some aspect of anatomy. The lighting in some area is well done, such as the arm gauntlet. There are some nice textures in there,
Now the parts that could be improve.
I find the pose relatively dull, and uninteresting. Theres no emotion, no motion, it just lack that captivity to capture peoples attention. You need to span on this area. Make her more lose, less up tight. Try to bend the body more. Give more flexibility.
The design seems somewhat unique, but its not depicted enough. One thing that I've some to notice with your works are that, majority of the girls are wearing tight clothes. Which is not a problem! Its just that you need to drop some things. ie for this one, the cloth that stretches across her breast. If it were a tight fit, we wouldn't have been able to see the cleavage.
Another thing I've come to notice with your art is that It lacks depth. I believe I've mention this in the past, but this time, I've figure it out. When you draw costume, you gave it minimum projection to the respective object. Causing the outfit to look like its part of her body, rather then a piece of armor, or clothes, that is attach to the body.
As for the details and colours. The heavy out line is really flattening out the piece. You can try reducing the thickness of the line art or colour in the lines. If you want to create small details, try working with a higher resolution. (My usual canvas is A4 with 300 dpi)
Heres a paint over, red line, and my version that i did to give you a better idea of what im saying.http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b25/p ... dr3ytp.jpg
The paint over covers the lighting and colouring aspects, red line to show you what I mean when i was talking about the lack of depth, and my version, to show you what can be done to the pose to make it more interesting.
Hope this helps man! And good luck to your contest :D
