Whoa. Loving the confident flow of your lines and the varied thicknesses in just the right places - that's something I haven't mastered yet, so I think it's awesome to see in other people's work. How do you manage it?

I don't know, I only have 2 years experience in manga/anime.
I draw my drawings in the Paint tool Sai software. Using linearts on my sketches with the curve tool.
After that. i use the pressure fuction to correct the lines as feel they should be like.
here is what i do:

I thicken the areas which are classified "important lines"

"Important lines" are those line i use to "create" the figure (the cloths, the fingers, shapes etc etc.)

for the textures and detail, i often classify them as "additional lines" as in, not very important.

I make those lines very thin, sometimes i don't even connect them.
Be careful though, some textures can seem very important, and plays a role in the shape of the character.
At least, this is how this style is buildt upon. Other styles makes important lines thin aswell at some areas, but i think it's quite more advanced.

Anyways, when it comes to folds, you shouldn't be afraid of making the folds "too wild" Maybe you are afraid of ruining your drawing in the first place.

But i guess my only tip for fold would be that you should try to melt your folds with the outline of your character, make more "depths" in your drawing.

(Sorry for bad english)

Anatomy, anatomy, anatomy.

You can argument is your style and everything but it doesn't look good and have flaws (lenght of arms, disproportions on the perspective).

I appreciate your concern and feedback on the anatomy part.
Basicly the reason i tried a pose like this to be honest.

Whoa. The improvement from the first page is nothing short of amazing--and I mean that. Your style is among my favorites, your lineart, coloring, and shading are all good. I mean, it's like you're two different artists from pages 3- and 4+. Of course, all that praise is probably biased since I love the style, but I still mean it.

But like Clockhand said, anatomy will get to you if you don't practice it. Hands, also, could use work.

Overall though, I think this stuff is incredible. On the first page, I didn't see too much potential, but you've improved more than anyone I've ever seen. The one with Kagami is my favorite. Nice works, and keep it up.

I've been throught 2 Big artist blocks since i joined.

However, after the first one i didn't post anything at all untill after the second.
In that meantime i have taken 4 hours a day off simply to study human anatomy.

Overall I impress myself from time to time.

It just like i suffer greatly in the artist blocks, but right after. im like exploding with knowledge of some anatomy parts.
In such little time i have learned a great deal.

I hope the rush continues the way it does matt xD

Im glad you liked the kagami one haha. Its my Iphone background aswell.
