Try drawing the same face from those same perspectives...

So like, 1. copy from the tutorial about 3 times, and then 2. copy from the last drawing that you drew (from the tutorial) without the tutorial this time, many many times or until you're satisfied. And then after that, 3. you draw the face with different features? Or should I mix 3. on 2.

haha nice, I havn't seen anyone use the homepage tutorials in a WHILE.
well they don't look bad but you could try reshaping the main circle of the head to a slimmer one once you have the eyes down so the head isn't so wide

and on practice, I suggest breaking yourself away from 1 of the 3 directions because trying to work at front, side, 3/4, up, and down views will just keep you drawing...not practicing, so practice harder getting used to one direction (3/4 is really good to work at but harder)

Hmmm... Nice stuff! I gotta say, even though you copied from the main page, you definitely beat where I was at with my first pictures.

For practicing, I say start making your own faces from those angles with expressions past simple smiles or straight faces. Also, I would really advise that you start practicing bodies and stuff so you don't get too good at drawing faces, but not good enough at bodies so that the skill levels between both don't seem to fit together. I did that, and even though it's been fixed for the most part, my character's heads look out of place every now and again.

I've heard it's best to draw the full figure first then go in and fil lin the details later. That way you don't spend a lot of time on a perfect face just to botch something on the figure as a whole like a disporportioned arm.

Megaman characters head sketches.

Male head sketches.
Female head sketches.

I can start on body and torso now, yes? Now, is there an easy tutorial about bodies and torsos?

I see very good progress.

If you keep this up, you'll be capable of making professional quality manga in no time.

Seriously? I haven't even start on bodies yet. As for making a manga, well, I do want to make a manga, but my dream is more on animation. :P

A fellow animator-wannabe, eh?
Good luck!
I'm not good at giving critique to beginners, but it's good to see that you're constructing your figures, rather than just rushing ahead with no plan. Keep it up.
