Head on over the forum to check it out.
MT Lineart Bank
For those who are into CGing but don’t feel like drawing their own art or just want to practice, head on over to the Manga Tutorials Lineart Bank. It has a lot of lineart for you to check out and even coloring samples of members who’ve given them a go. Why not give a go yourself?

Though it’s not technically manga or anime related, a lot of people seem to be searching for this so I’ll add it to the list. This list covers a wide range of resources that any indie video game developer would wish for which notes down what are free or paid, usable for commercial or non-commercial, and other useful information from eleven major areas from starting a business, engines, art assets, music and sound effects, fonts, website building, portals, getting paid, affiliation, and merchandising.
