Both the forum and the oekaki are self-activating. This means that you will receive an automatically-generated email from Manga Tutorials with a link that you have to click on in order to activate your account. If you don’t see that email in your Inbox, then check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, I can send the email again but be sure you put me in your whitelist or else you may have problems again. Also, be sure to send me your username and which section you signed up for just in case I have to activate your account manually.
As for Chatterbox, your account has been activated. Have fun!
