Back in late July, news came of Square Enix’s foray in the on the e-manga distribution field. The expected official launch of the service was to be opened this fall but news now come from the Tokyo Game Show(TGS) that it will be delayed until this winter.
A new title, Pandora Hearts, has since been added and an Illustrations section may be found at the lower half of Square’s e-manga page featuring illustrations from Fullmetal Alchemist, Soul Eater, and Black Butler. Registration is still free to access the e-manga page but there had been some grumblings that this may change when the service is officially launched. All things considering, I hope it remains a free service.
